中国经济转型的层次性和现阶段转型的主要问题

摘　　要：从中国经济转型的阶段性来看,目前已经进入转型的第二阶段,这一阶段是转型的加速期,转型的主要任务是形成一种稳定的制度。从经济转型的层次性来看,总体上涉及三个层面:以基本经济制度为导向的经济体制转型、经济增长方式从粗放向集约的转型、以新型工业化为内容的工业化的路径转型。中国经济转型加速期面临的主要问题有:弥补制度缺口、所有制结构的转型、发展民营经济的问题、收入分配制度问题、社会各阶层的和谐问题、工业反哺农业问题。From the gradation of present stage transition in China, China enteredits second stage the accelerate stage of transition, the assignment of this stage is to built a steady institution ac tion of present stage transition. The transition involves three of transition. This is cording to the gradagradations： economy system transition, economy growth pattern transition, the road of industrialization transition. The assignment of accelerate stage of transition includes： remedy institutional breach, transition of the ownership structure , development of the civil economy, the problem of the revenue distribution, the problem of all social gradation in perfect harmonies, the problem of industry Fostering Agriculture.
