应用健康教育路径对垂体瘤患者实施健康教育的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用健康教育路径实施健康教育的效果。方法将56例经鼻蝶显微手术切除垂体瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组28例。实验组采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育。结果实验组患者及家属对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育达标率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用健康教育路径对患者实施健康教育,是目前比较理想的一种健康教育方式。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education application with health education pathway. Method 56 pituitary adenoma patients who were resected pituitary tumor via nose - saucer with microscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 28 patients for each. experimental group accepted health education pathway,and control group accepted routine daily care, Result Compared with the control group,the care satisfaction of the patients and their families in experimental group have a statistic significant （P 〈 0.05） ,it also has a statistic significant in reaching standard rate of health education in experimental group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Health education pathway is an ideal style in patients＇ health education.
