摘　　要：目的探讨自身悬吊牵引对脊柱侧弯患者术前辅助治疗的可行性。方法将120例拟住院行矫形术的脊柱侧弯患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。观察组于术前在护士指导下于家中进行自身悬吊牵引,对照组住院期间于术前按常规行骨盆牵引。结果两组牵引后的Cobb角均显著改善(均P<0.05),两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论自身悬吊牵引是脊柱侧弯术前简单、经济、疗效可靠的一种必要辅助治疗方法。Objective To examine the feasibility of using self-suspension traction as an auxiliary treatment for the seoliosls operation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with scoliosis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with each group having 60 patients. The patients in the experimental group conducted self-suspension traction at home under the guidance of nurse, and the patients in the control group were subjected to routine pelvic traction. Results Cobb angle showed significant improvement after the traction in the two groups （P〈0.05 for both） and no significant difference was found between the two groups in Cobb angle after the traction （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The self-suspension traction is an easy, economical and effective auxiliary treatment for scoliosis operation.
