锅炉燃用神府东胜煤防止结渣的实践和探讨

摘　　要：通过对谏壁发电厂2台330 MW锅炉燃用神府东胜煤发生的较为严重结渣问题,进行了试验、分析和调研,找出了结渣原因,并有针对性地从运行方面采取了一系列调整措施,收到了显著地效果。并着重从锅炉设计和运行调整2个方面,总结出了燃用神府东胜煤如何防止和减轻结渣的经验。对燃用同类型低熔点煤的锅炉有一定的借鉴作用。This passage introduced the serious slagbonding problem of 2 × 330 MW boilers in Jianbi Power Plant, which burning the Shenfu Dongsheng coal. After testing, analyzing, surveying and studying, find out the cause of slagbonding, and take a series of adjusting measurement on the respect of operation, which achieves a prominent result. And emphasizing on adjusting the two respects of boiler designing and operation, some useful experience of reducing or preventing from slagbonding has been summarized, which may be useful to some boilers that use the same type of low melting point coal.
