摘　　要：影响CUBA球队运动水平的因素是多方面的,教练员水平的高低是其中一个重要因素。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对CUBA教练员的基本情况、科研水平、素质情况、训练情况等进行了分析,并提出相应对策。There are many factors affecting the level of CUBA teams;the level of coaches is among the important ones.By means of citation index,questionnaire survey,statistics etc,this thesis gave a deep research on the basic status,scientific research level,quality of the CUBA coaches as well as the difficulties they meet in their work,and also put forward some corresponding countermeasures to certain problems.
