摘　　要：目的探讨拔T管后胆汁性腹膜炎的发病原因及治疗。方法对1996—10-2004—10胆总管切开T管引流205例患者拔除T管后胆汁性腹膜炎8例（3．9％）进行回顾性总结。结果拔T管时间平均为5周，7例患者经保守治疗而治愈，1例患者经手术引流后治愈。结论拔T管后胆汁性腹膜炎以非手术治疗为主，可采用低负压吸引。Objective To discuss the etiology and treatment of bile peritonitis after pulling T tube. Methods 8 of 205 cases of such patient from October 1996 to October 2004 who underwent incision of bile tube were analyzed in bile peritonitis after pulling T tube retrospectively. Results The pulling average time was 5 weeks. 7 eases were treated conservatively and 1 case was operated. Conclusion The bile peritonitis might be treated with conservatively with negative suction after pulling T tube.
