摘　　要：目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点和手术问题。方法对36例60岁以上老年胆囊手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年胆囊结石病史长,多伴有心血管疾病如心房颤动、房性早搏、室性早搏等心律失常。胆囊周围多有大网膜粘连。结论老年人对急诊胆囊手术一般都能耐受,早期手术选择合适的手术方式和精细简捷的手术操作,是提高治愈率的关键。Objective To discuss the characteristics and operative problems in senile cholecystitis. Methods The elinicad operative data of 36 eases cholecystitis patient over 60 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The senile cholehthiasis was commonly combined with heart dis- ease such as arrhythmia of AF, APB and VPB and bladder had adhesion around it. Conclusion The senile patient could endure the operation and select operative method and perfect performance could improve the success of operation.
