摘  要:黄瓜幼苗经不同质量浓度铅处理后,叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量均发生了明显的变化.100 mg/L铅处理时,黄瓜幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量高于对照值,且随处理时间的延长,与对照比增加的值逐渐减少;500 mg/L和900 mg/L铅处理的叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量随着处理时间的延长表现为下降趋势,并且铅质量浓度越高,随着处理时间的延长,蛋白质含量下降量增加.不同质量浓度铅处理不同时期黄瓜幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质组分的变化在谱带数和表达量上有明显的差异.The content change of soluble protein in leaves was obviously token place after lead treatment of different mass concentration in cucumber seedling. The content of soluble protein in leaves was higher to control at lead stress of 100 mg/L, the increase amount compared to control showed decrease with the increase of treatment time. The content of soluble protein in leaves showed a downtrend with the increase of treatment times at lead stress of 500 mg/L and 900 mg/L, the decreased content of protein was increased with the increase lead concentration and treatment time. The change of proteomics is evidently different on isoenzymic band numbers and expression at different mass concentration and different period under lead stress. It implies that the synthesis and degradation of protein axe related to the anti-lead toxicity in cucumber seedlings.
