Optimize on Working Parameters Crank Rolling Velocity and Radius of the Vibration Sieve about Cereal Cleaning Windmill

摘  要:为了改善南方稻谷清选风车振动筛的工作性能,通过对振动筛的运动分析,得出影响振动筛工作性能的主要参数是曲柄转速和曲柄半径.在此基础上,分析谷物在筛面上的受力,推导出谷物在筛面上上滑、下滑、不跳离筛面时的曲柄极限转速和曲柄半径,综合分析得到它们的最佳取值范围.使用谷物清选风车清选杂交水稻,推导出理想的曲柄转速为300 r/min,曲柄半径为10mm.Working characteristics of vibration sieve in grain cleaning were investigated to improve cereal cleaning windmill. Analysis of the movement of vibration sieve, led to the results that crank rolling velocity and its radius were main characteristic parameters that had effects on working of vibration sieve. Furthermore, ultimate crank rolling velocity and radius were carded out when cereal sliding up and down without leaving the sieve. Through the composite analysis, the optimum ranges were verified. And ideal crank rolling velocity was 300 r/min and radius was 10 mm, which were obtained by grain being cleaned with cereal cleaning windmill.
