摘　　要：本文简要介绍了图书馆短消息服务平台的设计及实现,对系统的主要功能模块作了分析,重点研究和解决了短消息收发、串口通信和.NET技术等图书馆短消息服务平台的关键技术。该系统对图书馆实施数字化管理具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。The paper describes the design and construction of a library short message service platform. The major functional modules are discussed, key technologies such as short message receiving and transmitting, serial port communication and. NET technology are emphatically studied. The system is of theoretical significance and practical value for the management of the digital library.
