摘　　要：网络的迅速发展,使电子商务(ElectronicCommerce)成为热点。实现电子商务的关键是要保证整个商务过程中系统的安全性,即建立在Internet技术上的电子商务活动要与传统的商务活动一样的安全可靠。论文首先提出了影响数据安全性的主要因素,然后从电子商务的整个交易过程分析了提高数据安全的流程及措施。With the rapid development of the network e-commerce （Electronic Commerce ） become the focus. The key to e-commerce is to guarantee the systematic security in the whole business procedure. That is to say the electronic commercial activity based on Internet technology must be as safe and reliable as activity with the traditional commercial affair. This text has put forward the main factors of influencing the security of the data at first and then analyzed that raises data safe procedure and measures from the whole trade course of e-commerce.
