城市生态休闲带开发的功能与效应分析

摘　　要：在界定了城市生态休闲带概念的基础上,论述了城市生态休闲带的基本特征,并分别从城市格局、城市空间扩展、生态环境、休闲需求、旅游环境、城市形象以及城市文化等方面分析了城市生态休闲带开发的功能与效应。指出城市生态休闲带的开发既可以发挥其对城市功能体的溶解效应、生态间隔和屏障效应,又能够充分满足城市的休闲需求,同时还能补充和完善城市的旅游环境,对于城市的现代化建设和可持续发展是一个新的思路。The urban ecological leisure greenbelt plays an important role in city development. In more and more cities attention has bee paid to the planning and construction of the greenbelt. In this paper the characteristics of the urban ecological leisure greenbelt are described, the functions and effects of leisure greenbelt with relations to city structure, city space extending, ecological environment, leisure demand, tourism environment and city civilization are analyzed. The following phases are emphasized： the ecological separation function, the optimization of the urban structure, the meeting of the leisure demand, the supply of the tourism environment, the construction of the city image and the raise of the city notability, as well as the accumulation and dissemination of the city civilization. It is considered that the ecological resources in city should be both developed and controlled, the leisure function of the greenbelt should be used to serve the urban construction and sustainable development, and the urban leisure greenbelt should be taken as a new means to build ecological city.
