论我国物流社会化的形成机理及推进策略

摘　　要：物流业作为社会经济发展的一个重要组成部分,对社会经济的推动作用是不可估量的。为了进一步降低物流成本,提高生产效率,促进社会经济的发展,有必要深入研究我国物流社会化的形成机理,从而提出推进策略。物流社会化的形成机理与全球经济发展状况、生产方式、生产理念、信息技术的发展是密不可分的。也就是物流社会化形成的一个基本条件是要有“量”的保证,其次是要有“相应的手段”的保证,只有这样才能保证物流社会化的“质”。The logistics industry is used as an importance that society economy develop constitutes the part ,is what can＇t estimate to the social economic push funotion .For further lowering the logistics cost,increase production effieiency,prompote the social economic devalopment ,have the neoessity go deep in to study our conutry the formation mechanism that logistics socialization ,from but put forward the propulsion strategy.The formation mechanism of the logistics socialization develops with world economy the condition ,mode of production and produce the technical development in principle,information is inseparable.Is alsoa basic term of the logistics acculturation formation to want＂measure＂of guarantee,is a ＂quality＂to have ＂homologous means＂guarantee,only have to then can guarantee ike this logistics acculturation the next in order.
