摘　　要：目的为提高对颅内结核瘤患者的诊断和治疗水平。方法近５年共收治颅内结核瘤患者１４例，占同期颅内肿瘤的０．９％。其中保守治疗５例，手术治疗９例。所有病例诊断明确后均采用６个月短程抗结核化疗方案，仅１例延长至１年。结果预后良好，无１例死亡。结论严格掌握颅内结核瘤的手术指征，无论手术或非手术治疗。ObjectiveToimprovethelevelfdiagnosisandtreatmentofintracranialtuberculoma.forMethodsFourteenintracranialtuberculomacaseswerehospitalzedithefiveyears,acounting0.9percentoftheintracranialtumorsinthesameperiod.Fiveoutoffourteencasesweretreatedconservativelywhileothernineweretreatedsurgicaly.Althecaseswerereceived6-monthshort-courseanti-tubercu-losischemotherapy,amongwhichonlyonecase’streatmentwasprolongedtooneyear.ResultAlthecaseshadgoodoutcome,noneofthemdead.ConclusionsOperativeindicationsofintracranialtubercu┐lomacasesshouldbeappliedstrictly.Goodresultcouldbegeinedviaashort┐courseanti┐tuberculosischemotherapy,nomateroperationwasperformedornot.
