摘  要:为了观察洋虫有无抗凝作用,给小鼠灌胃洋虫全虫的水提液10天后测定了凝血时间和出血时间。结果,用玻片法测得的凝血时间,生理盐水组为0.64±0.26min,而洋虫1000mg/kg组为1.23±0.64min(p<0.05),500mg/kg组为1.13±0.34min(p<0.01),250mg/kg组为1.07±0.10min(p<0.001);用毛细管法测得的凝血时间,生理盐水组为1.15±0.15min,洋虫组分别为1.76±0.38min(p<0.001)、1.72±0.72min(p<0.05)和1.66±0.40min(p<0.01);用断尾法测得的出血时间,生理盐水组为15.71±4.83min,洋虫组分别为23.93±6.70min(p<0.01)、20.80±2.36min(<0.01)和19.77±4.51min。结果提示洋虫全虫的水提液有明显的抗凝作用。In order to observe the anticoagulatory effect of Martianus dermestoides Chevr. (MDC), we have measured the coagulation and bleeding time after daily i. g. MDC for 10 days in mice. The coagulation time was measured using the silde method and the capillary method respectively. And the bleeding time was measured using tail - cutting method. As a result, the coagulation time in the MDC group which is divided into three groups (large dose, medium dose and small dose) is significantly longer than the normal saline group, and the bleeding time in the MDC groups is longer that the mor-mal saline group too. The experimental results indicated that MDC has anticoagulatory action in mice.
