摘　　要：指纹图谱相似性评价是中药质量控制的关键所在。本文讨论了相似度计算在中药质量评价中的应用,采用夹角余弦法和相关系数法计算相似度,并对其进行了系统聚类,得到了满意的结果。可以作为评价中药质量的一个指标。The fingerprint similarity evaluation was the keypoint of the quality control of Chinese traditional medicine（ TCM ）. The applications of similarity calculate on the quality evaluation of TCM were discussed in this paper. Methods of inter - angle - cosine and correlation coefficient were used to calculate the similarity, then a hierarchical clustering was applied with a comparatively satisfying result obtained. This method could be used as an evaluation index of TCM.
