摘　　要：通过对吉林省森工企业管理体制存在问题的分析,提出解决森工企业改革发展的新思路,提出从体制上解决森工企业发展的障碍性问题,推动林区的发展,彻底解决林农矛盾。According to the analysis of the management system of forest industry business in Jilin province, raise up a new thinking way of solving the problem of reform and development of forest industry business-to solving the obtacle problems from the system, in order that pushing forward the development of forest region and solving the contradiction between forestry Business and peasents.
