柑桔素对硝苯地平光降解稳定作用的研究

摘  要:在3种缓冲溶液和4种pH值情况下研究了日光照射下柑桔素对硝苯地平光降解的影响。硝苯地平在pH7.56,6.39,5.55和3.99缓冲溶液中的半衰期(t1/2)分别为7.4,7.6,7.1和6.0h;当在相同缓冲溶液中加入等量柑桔素时,硝苯地平的t1/2分别为4.1,11.8,7.3和6.1h;各种溶液中,硝苯地平的光解均为一级动力学过程。在和柑桔素混合时,硝苯地平最稳定的pH值是6.4左右。Photo stability of nifedipine(NF) and effect of naringenin(NR) on photodecomposition of NF under three buffer solutions and four pH values were presented.When pH values were 7.56, 6.39 ,5.55,3.99, t 1/2 of NF were 7.4,7.6,7.1,6.0 h respectively;It seems that the pHs and the types of buffer do not significantly affect the photodegradation rate of NF.However, t 1/2 of NF buffer solutions containing same amount of NR were 4.1,11.8,7.3,6.1 h. The most stable pH of NF mixing with NR was about 6.4.It is possible that the effect of NR on NF photodegradation is dependent on the pH of a solution.
