摘　　要：Ro(镜质体反射率)是评价有机质成熟度的重要指标,然而由于地质因素和测试技术原因,测量值常与预计值存在一定偏差。Ro的抑制现象使地质学家不能正确认识有机质的成熟度,为石油勘探造成一定困难。本文介绍了产生Ro抑制的几种原因,并对识别抑制的方法进行讨论。The vitrinite reflectance is the most important maturity indicator. Due to the geological factors and measurement technique, the measured vitrinite reflectance is different from that of being expected. In petroleum exploration the suppression of vitrinite reflectance is a major problem which misleads the geologist to underestimate the real maturity of the source rocks. In this paper we introduce four reasons for the suppression and discussed the methods for its identification.
