空心胶囊中氯乙醇的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：空心胶囊分别经环已烷、水提取,以气相色谱法测定其中氯乙醇的含量。401有机担体为固定相,柱温170℃,载气(氮气)流速23 ml/min。平均回收率为100.1%,相关系数为0.9997。A GC method is described for the determination of alcohol chloride contained in hollow capsule. A2m×3mmi.d. stainless steel column packed with 401 organic carrier, column oven at 170C, and nitrogen as carrier gas at flow rate of 23 ml/min were used. The average recovery of alcohol chloride was 100.1% (RSD=2.3%) and correlation coefficient was 0.9997.
