替硝唑胶冻剂对阴道毛滴虫的疗效

摘　　要：替硝唑胶冻剂阴道给药20,10 mg/kg对家免阴道感染人阴道毛滴虫的效果明显,且强于同类药甲硝唑。替硝唑胶冻剂的MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)及MBC范围分别为6.25μg/ml,12.5μg/ml,6.25～50μg/ml,均较甲硝唑低,其体外抗人阴道毛滴虫作用略优于甲硝唑。The activity of tinidazole gel on Trichomonas vaginalis of human origin in rabbit and in vitro was determined. The results showed that the activity of tinidazole gel given (10 mg/kg and 20mg/kg) via vagina against Trwhoraonas raginalis in rabbit infected with Trichomonas raginalis of huron origin was more potent than that of metronidazole. The MIC_(50), MIC_(90) and MBC for tinidazole gel were 6.25μg/ml, 12.5μg/ml and 6.25～50μg/ml respectively,and for metronidazole were 12.5μg/ml, 25μg/ml, 6.25～100μg/ml respectively. The results suggested that tinidazole gel was more active than metronidazole against Trichomonas vaginalis of human origin.
