摘 要:研究了施氮肥量对盾叶薯蓣生理特性及产量和品质的影响.结果表明,在0~120 kg·hm^-2范围内,随着施氮肥量的增加,盾叶薯蓣的叶绿素含量,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ提高,体内活性氧防御能力增强.进一步提高施氮肥量则导致上述指标下降.施氮肥量为120kg·hm^-2时可获得最高的根茎产量,但施氮肥量60kg·hm^-2时根茎的皂甙元含量和单位面积上皂甙元产量最高.Experiments were carried out to study the effect in leaves and diosgenin content in bulk root of Dioscorea nitrogen level on physiological characteristics zingiberensisg. The results indicated that within the range of 0- 120 kg·hm^-2, the chlorophyll content, Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm and ФPS Ⅱ in leaves of Dioscorea zingiberensisg were increased with the increase in nitrogen level, and the defensibility of the active oxygen was strengthened. Further increase of nitrogen amount resulted in the decrease of above-mentioned parameters. The maximum yield of bulk root was obtained by the treatment of 120 kg·hm^-2, but the highest diosgenin content and diosgenin output per unit area were obtained by the treatment of 60 kg·hm^- 2
