摘  要:低强度氦-氖激光血管内照射,能降低病理模型状态下升高的血粘度,并对微循环障碍有明显的改善怍用。经氦-氖激光照射后,血粘度明显下降,微循环障碍明显改善。实验证明,经氦-氖激光照射后,微循环障碍恢复时间要快于血粘度的恢复。此研究为氦-氖激光血管内照射的临床应用,提供了参考。This article reports that the low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation could reduce the blood viscosity and improve the microcirculation disorder of rabbits.When radiating,these rabbits were artificially formed the hyperviscosity model,then the radiator was inserted into the rabbits' auris-vessels. After irradiation,the blood viscosity level lowered and microcirculation disorder improved markedly.At the same time,the study proved that the recovery of microcirculation disorder was faster than that of hemo rrheologic indexes.Which provides a scientific basis for clinical application.
