摘　　要：为了探讨氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗缺血性心脏病的疗效机制,我们对20例冠心病,20例冠心病合并高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病患者均在临床药物综合治疗的基础上,经低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射,观察冶疗前后血脂、血流变学、免疫球蛋白的改变,结果表明,低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射能有效改善血液流变学,降低血脂,提高体液免疫水平。In order to study the effect of low energy He -Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy for ischemic heart disease,the 40 cases with coronary heart disease including 20 cases combined with hyperten- sion,hyperlipemia and diabetes were treated.During the treatment,they were received the same medica- tions.While the value of blood lipide,hemorrheology and immunoglobulin was determined as the effective indexes.After treatment,the result showed that the level of hemorrheology improved,the value of blood lipide reduced and the immune function raised.
