摘 要:以无机铝盐为先驱体,六次甲基四胺为催化剂,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了纳米氧化铝粉体,将纳米氧化铝粉体应用于薄胎厚釉青瓷瓷胎中,研究了粉体对青瓷瓷胎的增强作用。研究结果表明,干凝胶在980℃基本上转变成-αAl2O3,1250℃可与瓷土中SiO2形成增量莫来石,使薄胎在烧成冷却过程中抗厚釉拉裂性能得到提高,胎釉热膨胀系数的失配使釉面形成开片,修饰美化青瓷。Using inorganic aluminous salts as precursors and hexamethylenetetramine as the catalyst, alumina nanonpowder was fabricated by sol-gel procedure and then incorporated in the preparation of body batch for thickly-glazed, thin-bodied eeladon wares. The study of the nanonpowder's reinforcing effect on celadon ceramics showed:basically,the xerogel transformed into α-Al2O3 at 980℃,and reacted with SiO2 in clay to form mullite at 1250℃,thus increasing the thin porcelain body's resistance to the tear of the thick glaze in the cooling process.Inconsistent thermal expansion coefficients of body and glaze resulted in crackles on the glazing surface, which became a decoration for celadon wares.
