摘 要:槽式打浆的打浆浓度较低,对石棉纤维主要以切断为主,伴随有少量的分丝,因此,影响了其抄造性能。而盘磨打浆可实现高浓连续打浆,且对石棉纤维有良好的压溃和搓揉作用,使石棉纤维松解分丝,尤其是当磨浆转数为1400r时,石棉纤维松解分丝良好,且纤维切断很少,其石棉胶乳抄取板的抗张强度达到最大值,比槽式打浆抄制的提高了50%以上。因此,盘磨打浆是一种良好的适合于石棉纤维松解分丝的处理方式。It was found that the concentration of trough refining was lower and in this situation asbestos fiber was mainly cut down as defibered seldom so as to influence asbestos fiber forming performance badly. However disc refining was working continuously with high concentration and asbestos fiber was defibered well, since it was pressed and twisted effectively. When the revolution of disc refining was 1400r, asbestos fiber property was optimal and the tensile strength of the asbestos sheets reached maximum which enhanced 50% better than trough refining. So disc refining was the suitable method which could defiber asbestos fiber well.
