摘  要:目的观测犬心脏心肌桥壁冠状动脉的解剖学特征。方法对41例犬心脏进行大体解剖,充分暴露心肌桥,用游标卡尺测量有关数据。结果41例犬心脏中心肌桥出现29例(70.73%),其中出现1个、2个、3个、4个、5个心肌桥的分别有14例(34.1%)、7例(17.1%)、6例(14.6%)、1例(2.4%)、1例(2.4%);前室间支、后室间支、左室前支、左室后支、左缘支、左圆锥支出现心肌桥的有23例(56.1%)、11例(26.83%)、5例(12.20%)、3例(7.32%)、2例(4.88%)、1例(2.44%)。心肌桥肌纤维与壁冠状动脉的夹角为68.94°±14.38°,心肌桥宽7.77±5.05 mm,心肌桥厚0.56±0.61 mm。结论犬壁冠状动脉心肌桥与人心肌桥相似,犬可作为研究心肌桥的理想动物模型。Objective To observe anatomic feature of myocardial bridge and mural coronary artery in dogs. Methods Forty - one dog hearts were performed with gross anatomy, myocardial bridge were fully exposed and some related data were measured by vernier caliper. Results Out of 41 eases , 29 cases (70.73 % ) presented myocardial bridge. Among 29 cases, one myocardial bridge ,two ,three, four and five myocardial bridges occurred in 14 cases (34.1% ), 7 cases ( 17.1% ), 6 cases (14.6%), 1 case ( 2.4% ) and 1 case ( 2.4% ), respectively. Twenty- three cases (56.1% ) , 11 cases (26.83%) , 5 cases (12.20%) , 3 cases (7.32%) , 2 cases (4.88%) and 1 case (2.44%) showed in anterior interventricular branch, posterior interventricular branch, left ventricular anterior branches, left ventricular posterior branches, left marginal branch and left branch of conus , respectively. The included angle between muscle fiber of myocardial bridge and mural coronary artery was 68.94°± 14.38°. The width and thickness of the myocardial bridge was 7.77 ± 5.05 mm and 0.56 ± 0.61 mm. Conclusion The myocardial bridge and mural coronary artery in dogs are similar to those in human. The dog may be an ideal animal model for studying myocardial bridge.
