血清肿瘤标志物在卵巢癌诊断中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的探索血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法采用先进的电化学发光仪进行CA125、CA153、CA199、CEA、AFP等肿瘤标志物联合检测。结果在卵巢癌诊断中,血清肿瘤标志物CA125诊断性能最佳,阳性率为90.0%,CA153、CA199、CEA、AFP均比健康组和良性肿瘤组阳性显示为高(P<0.05)。结论血清肿瘤标志物多指标联合应用能够提高诊断的准确率,从而为早期诊断和治疗提供有效的参考依据。Objective To explore value of the serum tumor markers in early stage diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Adopt the advanced electrochemistry luminescence law to carry on the tumor markers of ovarian cancer including of CA125, CA153,CA199,CEA and AFP etc. Results Testing the result indicates,it is optimum that the serum tumor markers CA125 in the malignant ovarian cancer diagnosis,and it positive rate is 90.0%. CA153 ,CA199 and AFP were higher than that in healthy group and the benign tumour group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The serum tumor markers combined measurenent can enhance the accurately rate of diagnoses, thus for early stage provides the active reference basis diagnosis.
