IV型胶原在肌性斜颈中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究IV型胶原在先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌中的增生和表达,探讨肌性斜颈纤维化的发生机制。方法采用Masson三色胶原染色法观察胶原的增生情况,免疫组织化学染色法观察IV型胶原的表达情况。结果IV型胶原在病变组表达明显增加,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对照组肌束间极少见IV型胶原纤维,病变组肌束间及肌细胞周围均可见大量的胶原纤维增生,肌细胞及肌束排列不规律,肌细胞有不同程度的萎缩。病变组中纤维型组IV型胶原较肌肉型组有更多的表达,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),纤维型和肌肉型组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌的纤维化程度与IV型胶原增生的量有关。Objective To investigate the expression and hyperplasy of collagen type Ⅳ in sternomastoid muscle of congenital muscular tortieollis （CMT） and to explore the pathogenesis of fibrosis in sternomastoid muscle. Methods The hyperplastic state of collagen fiber were observed by Masson collagen staining method and immunohistochemieal method were performed to investigate the expression of collagen type Ⅳ. Results By Masson collagen staining method, it was observed that the collagen fibers proliferated excessively. In immunohistochemistry, the expression of collagen type Ⅳ in the experimental group ws significantly higher than in the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The degrees of fibrosis of stemomastoid muscle in CMT are related to the hyperplasy of collagen type Ⅳ.
