摘 要:根据土地整理措施对农地质量的影响,评定土地质量整理等级,确定区域农地整理时空配置,可以为科学的区域农地整理规划提供依据。文章以山东省青州市为例,在深入分析农地整理特点和青州市自然、社会条件的基础上,构建了农地整理质量评价指标体系和评价模型;运用综合指数法和GIS技术取得各评价单元综合得分,在此基础上进行了区域农地整理时空配置。研究结果表明,青州市一级(近期)土地质量整理区分布于东部平原,整理面积106.21km 2,占整理总面积的8.85%,二级(中期)整理区分布于中部平原和西部丘陵区,整理面积234.04km 2,占19.51%,三级(远期)整理区分布在西部平原和中部丘陵,整理面积559.36km 2,占46.63%,四级(暂不整理)区分布在北部平原和南部丘陵,占25.01%。研究结果为青州土地整理规划和实施提供了科学依据。Improving land quality is one of basis for regional farmland consolidation the important aims of farmland consolidation.It is the planning to evaluate consolidation grades of land quality and to determine regional spatio-temporal collocation,based on the impacts of land consolidation on land quality.Taking Qingzhou County of Shandong Province as an example,this paper established the quality evaluation index system and evaluation model for farmland consolidation,based on the systematical analysis of land consolidation characteristics and natural and social conditions in Qingzhou County.The integrated score of every evaluation unit was calculated by the method of integrated index evaluation and GIS techniques,and spatio-temporal collocation of regional farmland consolidation was proposed accordingly.The results indicated that the first class land consolidated area was 106.21km^2,occupied 8.85% of the total consolidated area,distributing in the eastern plain of Qingzhou County;the second class area was 234.04km^2,oceupied 19.51% of the total area,distributing in the central plain and the western hilly region;the third class area was 559.36km^2,occupied 46.63%,distributing in the western plain and central hilly region;and the fourth class,25.01% of the total area,distributing in the northern plain and the southern hilly region.The results will provide scientific basis for land consolidation olanning and imolementing in Qingzhou Countv.
