摘　　要：为使计量工作规范化,电能计量传递高效率,高质量运转,确保电能计量的准确度,提高电网的安全性和经济效益,依据国家有关规程,对由德国EMH公司生产的ZPE3-5.03三相标准电能表标准装置进行考核认证,并从理论上进行全面的分析和验证。For the sake of measure work standardization, electric energy metering transfer high efficiency and high quality operation, assures the veracity of electric energy metering, improves security and economical benefit of electric grid, according to the related regulations of state, assesses and authenticates the standard equipment of the ZPE3 -5.03 three-phase standard watt-hour meter made in EMH company of Germany, analyzes and verifies in theory.
