摘  要:研究了对羟基苯甲酸溶剂浮选的浮选条件优化和回收动力学规律。考察了溶液的pH、通气速度、溶液离子强度、浮选时间、相比以及浮选溶剂等因素对对羟基苯甲酸浮选效率的影响,优选了浮选条件。研究表明对羟基苯甲酸的溶剂浮选过程符合一级动力学方程,表观速率常数随空气流速的增加而增大。Conditions of the solvent floatation of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, in eluding the pH and ionic strength of the solution, the rate of air-flow, time of floatation and the ratio of volume of the aqueous and organic solvent phase, and the efficiency of different kinds of organic solvents for the floatation process were studied and optimized. A study on the kinetic mechanism was also performed and it was found that the solvent floutation process followed the first kinetic equation, and that the apparent rate constant increases with the increase of rate of air-flow.
