摘　　要：哥拉布斯检验法在临床实验室中是一种较常用的质控方法。针对其易出现假受控和假失控现象,提出了一种改进算法,即对前4次数据进行修匀处理,合理采集2次有效数据,减少了方差过大过小出现的现象,从第5次开始进行质控。理论分析和实验均表明,新方法减少了假受控与假失控的机会,仿真结果也表明了改进算法的有效性。Though being a quality control method frequently applied in clinical laboratory,Grubbs Test can easily lead to the phenomena of false pos and false neg.In view of this,a new method is provided to improve the test by starting quality control from the fifth groups of data while averaging the first four groups of data,among which two valid groups will be collected,so that there will be less chances for the variance to be too large or too small.Both theoretical analysis and experiments indicate that the new method reduces the numbers of false pos and false neg.And simulation results also demonstrate the efficiency of the new method.
