摘　　要：介绍了卷接机组集中工艺风力与除尘自动监控系统的网络结构、程序设计思想和数据通讯方法,对于系统上位机工作站实现的主要功能(监控系统画面、安全功能、在线帮助、设备维护、报警、工况趋势及流程图动画)和应用效果进行了论述。该系统能够根据负荷变化,自动调节系统风力,改善了卷接设备的工艺风力性能,提高了设备的有效作业率,降低了系统能耗,实现了系统运行状态和参数的全数字监控。An automatic monitoring system for centralized air supplying and dusting of cigarette making and tipping machine combinations was developed with ControlLogix controller and RSView32 man-nachine interface software. The network configuration, software design and data communication of this system were introduced, the main functions （ monitoring system frames, security, online help, equipment naintenance, alarming , working status trend and flowchart animation） and performances of host computer working station were discussed. The air supplying could be adjusted automatically according to the change of load, the performance of pneumatic systems and operation efficiency of the machine combinations were improved and the energy consumption was reduced accordingly. The monitoring of working status and parameters of this system was fully digitized.
