摘　　要：吕叔湘、王海所编《马氏文通读本》是“《马氏文通》研究”的经典之作。它有注释700余条,评论者曾给予很高的评价。但也有一些注释存在着可商之处,需要加以讨论和澄清。In all the studies of Ma＇s Grammar, the book ＂ Ma＇s Grammar Chrestomathy＂, edited by Lu Shu - xiang and Wang Hal-fen, is one of the masterpieces, which has 700-odd notes and hence meets a lot of appreciation from the reviewers. However, some of the notes create doubts and suspicions and need more discussion to clarify them.
