针药结合对冠心病心肌缺血患者ET和CGRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过电针内关穴、口服复方丹参滴丸及针药结合等3种不同治疗方法对冠心病心肌缺血患者ET、CGRP进行疗效比较,找出最佳中医治疗方法,并为电针手厥阴心包经内关穴对冠心病心肌缺血具有良好的调整作用提供临床治疗依据。结果:3种不同治疗方法均能不同程度地降低ET,升高CGRP,尤以针药结合组显著,各组之间统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05 orP<0.01)。结论:1.单纯运用电针和口服复方丹参滴丸治疗心肌缺血均有较好的疗效,但是电针与药物结合运用效果更好。2.电针手厥阴心包经内关穴对冠心病心肌缺血具有良好的调整作用。Objective:To compare the effect of ET、CGRP of myocardial ischemia(MI)with coronary heart disease(CHD)treated by electro-acupuncture(EA)、compound Danshen dripping pills(DSP) and EA-DSP combined,then found out the best treated-method of traditional Chinese medicine and proved the adjusted effct for myocardial ischemia of CHD by electro-acupuncture-PC6 of the hand-jueyin pericardium meridian.Result:All of the three kinds of methods can decrease ET and increase CGRP in CHD.It's showed that the effect of three groups,especially EA-DSP group brought about the optimal effect.Compared with the groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The effect of EA-DSP treating myocardial ischemia is more than of EA and DSP treating MI in clinic.Compared with the effect,EA-DSP group brought about the optimal effect.2.Electro-acupuncture-PC6 of the hand-jueyin pericardium meridian has the satisfactory adjusted effect to myocardial ischemia of CHD.
