摘  要:目的:探讨不同浓度铁剂对体外Caco—2细胞系生长的影响,为研究体内铁稳态调节作用机理提供实验参考。方法:利用6种不同铁浓度的NaFeEDTA试剂作用Caco—2细胞,MTT比色法测定细胞生长情况,绘制生长曲线。结果:随着培养液铁浓度的增高,细胞生长呈上升趋势,尤其在培养液铁浓度>400μmol/L时,细胞生长呈显著性增长(P<0.05)。结论:高浓度铁剂可促进细胞生长、增殖,而大量细胞繁殖与铁代谢调节及铁稳态的维持有着密切的关系。Objective: To study the growth of in vitro Caco- -2 cell in different iron concentrations, in order to provide the reference of iron homeostasis mechanism of action. Method: Caco-2 cell monolayers in vitro treated by NaFeEDTA at six kinds of concentrations, determined the cell growth conditions with MTT chromatometry. Results: The growth were upgraded by the concertrations adding, At the time of iron concertration 〉 400 μmol/L in culture fluid, growth curve reaching had difference reached statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusions: Homoconcertration chalybeatus could enhance the cell growth and reduplication, It correlated with the iron metabolism and homeostatic on cellular levels.
