摘 要:利用自行研制的片状粉末冶金铁基金刚石催化剂在六面顶压机上进行了金刚石合成试验。结果表明:该催化剂使合成金刚石耗用电流明显降低,并使因“放炮”造成的硬质合金顶锤消耗几乎减少到零;由于铁基催化剂形成的金刚石包覆膜极脆,有望实现合成块的机械式分离,减少电解或酸洗对环境造成的严重污染;同时合成的金刚石晶型好、强度高,可满足工业生产要求。The synthetic diamond tests were carried out using a six-anvil high-pressure apparatus and a new sheeted iron-base catalyst made by power metallurgy. That electric current used in the tests reduced within a wide scope. The consumption of the hard alloy anvil caused by explosion was reduced to zero. Due to using the new catalyst, the metallic film surrounding diamond had high brittleness so that the synthetic mass could be separated by mechanical means, which could reduce the environment pollution caused by electrolysis and acid treatment. The diamond made in the tests possesses good shape and high intensity so that they can be used in the industrial field.
