摘　　要：香茶菜属植物全世界已知有96种,基本上属于东亚-非洲间断分布。中国横断山区是其现代分布中心和强烈的分化中心,也可能是其起源中心。该属植物有丰富的药源植物,具有广阔的开发利用前景。Isodon comprises 96 species (except Varieties). Most species are distributed in east Asia, a few of species are distributed in Africa. The Hengduan Mountain region of China is the present distribution centre and probable origin centre of Isodon. Isodon abounding in medicinal plants has stimulated a wide interest in exploitation, current interest in Isodon plants focuses on isolating new diterpenoids and test their pharmacologic action.The application in medicine is very promising.
