摘　　要：介绍一个以数控电火花线切割机床和 PC 微机为硬件环境的冲裁模具 CAD/CAM 集成化系统,着重探讨冲裁模具 CAD、图形数据处理、NC 自动编程和 NC 通讯等问题。其中以 AutoCAD 图形交换文件为基础建立的零件数控图形数据文件,有效地实现了 CAD 和 CAM 集成中零件几何信息向工艺信息转换问题,对建立微机CAD/CAM 集成化系统具有普遍意义。Based on the hardware of NC wire cut electric discharge machine and PC computer,a intergrated CAD/CAM system for die parts was built.In this paper,die part CAD,graphic data processing,automatical NC programming and communica- tion are discussed.Among these the NC part graphic data file based on DXF file of AutoCAD software efficiently realizes the transfer from geometrical information to technological information in the integraion of CAD and CAM.It has common signif- icance in building CAD/CAM integration system.
