自动活检枪与CT-pinpoint三维激光定位导引系统的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价自动活检枪与CT-p inpoint三维激光定位导引系统的临床应用价值。材料和方法:使用18或21G的自动活检枪在CT-p inpoint三维激光定位导引下对61例全身各脏器肿块行穿刺活检术,标本的病理结果与手术及随访结果对照。结果:使用自动活检枪的活检成功率为98.7%(153/155),穿刺准确率为100%;其中恶性肿瘤46例,良性病变13例,假阴性2例,与手术病理或者追随结果诊断一致性为96.7%(59/61);并发症4例(6.5%),其中少量气胸2例,穿刺针道少量出血2例。结论:自动活检枪与CT-p inpoint三维激光定位导引系统联合应用可以提高穿刺活检和诊断的准确性以及操作的安全性。Purpose： To evaluate the clinical application of automated biopsy gun and CT-pinpoint three-dimensional（ 3 D） laser localizer- and-guide set. Materials and Methods： The puncture biopsy was performed on 61 patients guided by the CT-pinpoint three-dimensional laser localizer-and-guide set using automated biopsy gun with 18 or 21-gauge needle, The pathology of the specimens was compared with surgical pathlogy or following-up. Results： 98, 7% （153/155） biopsies were completed using the automated biopsy gun with 100% accurate localization. Totally,46 eases were malignant,13 eases were benign and 2 eases were false-negative in biopsy. 96, 7% （59/61） of them was consistent with the surgical pathology or following-up. Complications included mild pneumothorax on 2 cases（3.25% ） and mild bleeding along the needle route on 2 eases（3, 25% ）. Conclusion： The combined application of automated biopsy gun and CT-pinpoint three-dimensional laser localizer-and-guide set could improve the accuracies of the localization and diagnosis as well as the procedure safety.
