摘　　要：目的:总结青春期处女膜闭锁的CT表现。材料和方法:回顾性分析9例手术证实的青春期处女膜闭锁的CT表现。结果:阴道积血型(I型)2例,阴道子宫积血型(II型)5例,腹腔积血型(III型)2例。CT以积血的部位和程度而表现各异,阴道、子宫明显扩张,壁变薄,阴道部呈椭圆形囊肿样,有时可见液血平面,输卵管积血呈串珠状或哑铃状。结论:CT可以对青春期处女膜闭锁作出准确分型,是诊断该疾病、尤其是急诊病例的重要检查方法。Purpose： To investigate the CT features of imperforate hymen in adolescence. Materials and Methods： The CT findings of 9 cases with surgically verified imperforate hymen were retrospectively analyzed. Results ： There were 2 hematocolpos （ type Ⅰ ）, 5 hematometra （ type Ⅱ ） and 2 hematocelia （ type Ⅲ ）. The appearances of CT differed from each other depending on the position and the amount of hematocele. Vagina and uterus showed dilation with wall thinning. The vagina resembled an oval cyst with liquid-blood interface occasionally. The hemosalpinx resembled beads or dumbbells. Conclusion： CT could give an accurate grouping of the imperforate hymen in adolescence, which is a useful method for its diagnosis, especially for emergency cases.
