西洋参皂甙对睡眠剥夺小鼠学习记忆获得的影响

摘　　要：西洋参皂甙100mg/kg、50mg/kg、25mg/kg给小鼠连续灌胃7天后,剥夺睡眠24h,西洋参皂甙对其学习记忆获得能力下降有明显改善作用,可使避暗试验的潜伏期明显延长,受电击次数显著减少。After P. O. panaquilon, 100mg/kg, 50mg/kg and 25mg/kg, continuously for seven days, the mice have been deprived of sleep for 24 hours. The panaquilon can effecttively improve acquisition of learning and memory and lengthen the incubation period of escaping dark-as well as reduce the time of eletrization.
