摘 要:以核桃不同品种实生苗为试材,研究了叶片和根部过氧化物酶(POD)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IOD)活性与树体生长势的关系。结果表明:叶片POD酶活性与株高显著负相关,与株高增长量极显著负相关;根部POD酶活性与株高及干周极显著负相关,与株高增长量及干周增长量显著负相关;根部IOD酶活性与株高极显著负相关,与株高增长量及干周显著负相关。叶片POD和IOD酶活性明显高于根部。核桃实生苗根部POD、IOD及叶片POD酶活性可作为其生长势的预选指标。The relationship between the POD and IOD activity of walnut and the growth vigor was studied by measuring the POD and IOD activity of leaves and roots of walnut seedlings, and through observing and analyzing the growth vigor. The results indicated that the POD activity of leaves have negative relationship strikingly with the tree height, and have bally negative correlation significantly with increment of tree height. The POD activity of roots have bally negative relationship strikingly with the tree height and trunk girth, and have negative relationship significantly with increment of tree height and trunk girth. The IOD activity of roots have bally negative correlation strikingly with the tree height, and have negative relationship strikingly with trunk girth and increment of tree height. The POD and IOD activity of leaves higher than that of roots. The POD and IOD activity of roots and the POD activity of leaves can be used for forecasting the growth vigor of walnut seedling.
