硒对硝酸镓治疗大鼠骨质疏松的骨镓沉积阻止作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硒对硝酸镓治疗骨质疏松的骨镓沉积的阻止作用。方法将骨组织溶于盐酸溶液,处理后在波长557．0 nm测定其吸光度以计算含镓量,在422．7 nm测定其吸光度以计算含钙量;用钼蓝比色法测定含磷量:用材料试验机作三点弯曲试验测定骨强度。结果骨质疏松组与对照组相比,骨钙、磷均有明显下降。硝酸镓治疗组骨含镓量明显升高,但镓硒联合治疗组骨含镓量明显低于单纯硝酸镓治疗组。结论硒对硝酸镓治疗骨质疏松的骨镓沉积有阻止作用。Objective To investigate the effect of selenium on bone gallium deposition caused by the treatment of osteoporosis with gallium nitrate. Methods After dissolving bone tissue in hydrochloric acid, the absorbencies of gallium at 557.0 nm and of calcium at 422.7 nm were measured followed by the calculation of their contents. Molybdenum blue chromatometry was used to detect the contents of phosphorus. Material test machine was used to determine the intensity of femurs. Results The contents of calcium and phosphorus of osteoporosis decreased compared to the control group. The content of gallium in the therapy group increased obviously. But the gallium content in selenium-gallium therapy group was lower than that of gallium therapy group obviously. Conclusions Selenium can prevent the bone gallium deposition when gallium nitrate is used to treat osteoporosis.
