摘　　要：经济的发展对能源的依赖越来越大,加强设备的电能利用效率是提高能源利用效率的主要直接手段。文章通过国际高效电动机、节能变压器的发展与应用状况,介绍了国际节能降耗的经验做法及其相关能效法规和政策。Economy development more and more relies on the energy. To improve efficiency of electrical equipment is the major direct means of raising energy utilization. The paper introduced the background of establishhing the policy of energy - saving and reduced losses on the world and energy strategy of the countries, and the development and application condition of high efficiency motor and energy-saving transformer. The experiences and practice of energy - saving and reduced losses and related energy effect standard and policies on the world were also descried. The enforcement conditions of energy - saving engineering of electric machine system in China are briefly hatroduced.
