摘　　要：分析了Bi-YIG磁光薄膜材料生长及其性能特点,着重介绍了计算机辅助设计的专家系统在这一领域的应用——Bi-YIG,磁光薄膜材料的设计及性能预测。In this paper,the growth and properties of Bi-YIG magnetooptic film material are analysed. The expert system for computer aided design,which is used in this field,is introduced emphatically. It can be used for the design of such material and the prediction of its properties.
