摘　　要：对V_2O_3系新型PTC热敏元件进行了实用性研究。结果表明,元件的性能指标达到:常温电阻率8.0×10^(-4)Ωcm,升阻比380倍,电阻温度系数6％/℃,额定电流密度1A/mm^2,响应时间0.5s。该元件可以用作大电流过流保护元件。New PTC thermistor based on V_2O_3 system is studied in its practical applications. The results show that the properties of thermistor are:room temperature resistivity:8.0×10^(-4)Ωcm,resistivity change:380 times,resistance tem-perature coeff icient: 6 %/℃, rated current density: 1A/mm^2 ,responding time:0. 5s. The thermistor can be used as an excess current protector for great current.
