摘　　要：通过对泡沫陶瓷过滤器在浇注系统中各种放置位置的若干工艺参数对过滤器作用效果和液体流量影响规律的研究，找出了最佳过滤器放置位置，同时描述了放置过滤器后浇注系统充满状态发生变化的过程。The effect principles of several technical coefficients on E and V,of ceramic foam filter are investigated when filter is set in various positions of gating system, the optimum position of the filter is obtained, and the process of filling of the gating system is described.The function of capturing slags of ceramic foam filter is also analyzed.
