摘　　要：城市经济效率和城市化水平之间具有很强的正相关关系,城市化水平越高,城市经济越高。因此,提高城市化水平应该通过提高城市经济效率来实现,而不能够仅仅追求城市人口规模的扩张。要注重城市化的质,不能只注重城市化的速度。论文对煤炭资源型城市的经济效率进行分析与评价,从而找出煤炭资源型城市城市化水平低下的根源,并提出提高城市化水平的对策和建议。There is a very strong positive relationship between the urban economic efficiency and urbanization level.The higher of the urbanization level,the higher the urban economy will be.Therefore,the urbanization level to be improved should be achieved by the urban economic efficiency and it should not be to seek a population increasing to enlarge the urban.It should pay an attention to the quality of the urbanization and should not be to pay an attention to the speed of the urbanization.The paper analyzed and assessed the economic efficiency of the cities with coal resources.The paper found the causes why that the urbanization level of the cities with coal resources been so lower.The paper provided the countermeasures and proposals to improve the urbanization of the cities.
